These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edpodia website (edpodia.in) and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Qbiq Studios LLP ("Edpodia", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Edpodia provides audio-based educational content for competitive examination preparation, currently focused on Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) examinations. We plan to expand our content library to include UPSC Civil Services, SSC CGL/CHSL, Banking, and Railway examinations, among others, in the future.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform, where required under applicable law.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account using your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

As of the date of these Terms, access to all content on the Platform is provided free of cost as part of a limited-time launch offer. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue this free access at any time, and to introduce paid subscription plans, one-time purchases, or premium features in the future, with reasonable prior notice to users.

Continued use of the Platform after the introduction of paid plans constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing and payment terms then in effect.

Where paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed through third-party payment gateways, including but not limited to Razorpay. We do not store your payment card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

All payment processing will be subject to the applicable payment gateway's terms and applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, including clear disclosure of pricing, refund, and cancellation policies at the time such plans are introduced.

All content on the Platform, including audio lessons, podcasts, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Qbiq Studios LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content without permission
• Upload or transmit any harmful code or malicious software
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Platform may, at our discretion, display advertisements or links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While our content is prepared with care by experienced educators, we do not guarantee specific examination results, and Edpodia should be used as a supplementary study resource rather than the sole source of exam preparation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qbiq Studios LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect the introduction of paid plans, new features, or changes in applicable law. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
