As of the date of this Policy, our website infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the European region. We are in the process of migrating our hosting infrastructure to servers located in India.

We will update this section to reflect our hosting location once migration to India is complete.

Children's Data
Our current Platform (Edpodia Podcast App) is intended for users preparing for competitive examinations and is not directed at children under 18.
As Edpodia expands to include school learning products for Class 11/12 and A-Level/GCSE students, some of whom may be minors, we will implement age-verification and verifiable parental consent mechanisms as required under the DPDP Act before collecting personal data from minors on those specific products.
